It normally takes a good long while for me to entrust any services to an outside company to ‘inhabit’ my property, albeit on the recommendation of good friends, and I would normally ‘errrr’ on the side of caution but I was persuaded by long-time friends that I should give Pristine Clean a go as there were various things that needed doing whilst we were away and despite trying to find a company within the Nottingham area that could accommodate me, those that I contacted fell short of my expectations. I wanted an ‘out-doors’ clean to be carried out which included windows, conservatory, facias and patio amongst other things but because I have dogs it’s easier to have these things done whilst we are not at home. I can only say a big big thank you to Pristine Clean for their professionalism and help with my requirements. I only had to make one call to sort everything out, giving all of the details over the phone and with a prayer left everything in their hands – as it happens no prayers were needed as we arrived home to (pun intended) a pristine house! I couldn’t have wished for a better service and was, I have to admit, surprised at the amazing job done – we’ve had other contractors in to do almost exactly the same job over the years and have never been as impressed as we were with the finished product this time round. Good price, trustworthy, highly professional and customer service was first class – very very happy to recommend to anyone that needs a cleaning service within the area.

I read the reviews and decided to book Pristine windows to come and do a first clean inside and out. From the outset Donna responded quickly and enthusiastically, reassuring me they will do a professional job. They did. I received a reminder message. Eddie was incredibly respectful this was our home and worked hard and did an excellent job. I have now booked for them to return monthly and absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them. I wish all trades companies worked the way they do. I have also asked them to come back and do our patios next!

I would like to say how pleased I am with the work David did for me, in pouring rain. It was a miserable day to be working outside but his work was thorough and no corners were left uncleaned. It was a big job – a large drive, paths all round the house, 3 patios, a wooden bench and a wooden swing seat.
All look as good as new and brighten up the whole appearance of my house. I can thoroughly recommend Pristine Clean to all my friends, without hesitation, for an excellent, courteous and efficient service. A 5 star service.

Fantastic results
Having had a lot of work done to our home recently, the outside was looking a bit sorry for itself but it has had a new lease of life and we are thrilled with the results. When deciding on a company for the job, what we loved most about Pristine Clean was firstly they were local but secondly that it is a family business.
Everything was arranged with Donna from the initial enquiry, to arranging the quotes and subsequent booking. It was her husband, David, and a colleague who came out to do the job. Even after the job was completed Pristine Clean wanted to check how their service was with a follow up email. Everyone was professional yet friendly & approachable, it’s what I feel is missing from most businesses nowadays. All in all, a fantastic company, lovely team and the service to go with it! Pristine clean did a brilliant job cleaning my conservatory. Not only that but Sue was very efficient with helping me out at very short notice especially as David and Donna were away on holiday. Sue promptly came round to view the work I needed doing to give me a quote whilst I was at work, called me with the quote and arranged for Eddie to do the work. Service with a personal touch. Eddie was polite and trustworthy, so much so I left him with my house keys to lock up when he finished the job as I had to leave for work. Thank you so much! The work has today been completed and I can honestly say that I am over the moon. I didn’t realise that my black slabs around the pool were actually supposed to be a light grey – they look amazing. Driveway & Patio Cleaning – Exceptional
We made the decision to have our conservatory patio and block paving cleaned, whilst the conservatory had been cleaned last year the patio and block paving had not been cleaned for a good few years and were well ready for some attention, as we had already used Pristine Clean last year we decided to contact them again initially for a price with a view to having the work carried out subject to the price being acceptable, after making contact with Donna at Pristine it was not long before she arranged a visit to our property to look at was required, soon afterwards the quote was emailed to us for our consideration, the quote was broken down into 4 parts with the option to do as little or as much as we wanted, as it happens we opted for all 4 parts, at no time were we put under any pressure to proceed with the work but as it happened we were delighted at what we had been quoted and asked Donna to arrange for the work to be carried out as soon as she had staff available, we were given a day and time and sure enough the two workmen turned up just as we were expecting ready to start work, both were extremely professional very pleasant and could not do enough to please, upon completion of the work Donna came and visited us again to make sure we were totally satisfied with the job, we have to say that we were over the moon with the results and would not hesitate to use Pristine Clean or recommend them to anyone considering their services at any time in the future.
Our Decking looks like new!
My husband and I have been using the services of Pristine Clean for several months now for window cleaning and we have always been extremely happy at the result! We had been meaning to get our decking cleaned for a while and we finally asked Pristine Clean to do it for us! They say ‘jack of all trades master of none’ but then they had not used Pristine. From Garden walls to everything mentioned on their website even getting the algae off my wrought iron gates and fences and ‘fast jointing’ my patio they cleaned the lot marvellously well.
Contractors have a reputation for failing to turn up on time or not at all, of keeping customers on tenterhooks after getting ready for them at 8am and them turning up at 11am, not Pristine, e-mails and phone calls made sure I was kept informed at all times.

My windows were cleaned by Pristine Clean yesterday for the first time after not being touched for months as I couldn’t find anyone locally. I came home from work to find all the windows absolutely spotless as well as the window ledges and surrounds. A perfect job – certainly the best window cleaners I’ve ever used. Would recommend them heartily. Communication has been great as I was unsure whether they could gain access to my rather inaccessible house but they were really helpful. It isn’t often that companies deliver what they say they will but Pristine Clean actually exceed expectations.

I have been a customer of Pristine for more than 10 years and always receive a consistently high quality service . I have regular window cleaning and receive text alerts before the clean is due which helps. I have an external property clean usually twice a year which is very thorough and I also have my bins cleaned . Since moving to Nottingham with my young family I have used the Pristine Clean service for all my windows, fascias, soft-fits, conservatory and my drive. Conservatory Cleaning – So much more light in my room now – amazing
Pristine Clean are easy and very professional to deal with. I booked over the phone with Donna. I was given a choice of dates and she gave me an expected arrival time. I was sent a reminder of my appointment closer to the date. Eddie arrived spot on time and instantly remembered me – and my conservatory! – from a previous visit. He worked hard cleaning the conservatory and its windows. He tidied away afterwards. He even cleaned a mark from the fascia board above the conservatory! The difference to the light in the room afterwards is amazing and I would recommend a regular clean to anyone as we certainly can see the benefit
Pristine came to undertake a deep clean of the windows on our new premises which were covered in old sticky tape, paint and years of dirt and they literally did an excellent job for us. The windows are like new and the results far exceeded my expectations (and I am a bit of a perfectionist!) The communication from Donna was excellent and David was really considerate of me needing to continue working whilst he was doing the clean – really both were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them!

Driveway & Patio Cleaning – Exceptional
We made the decision to have our conservatory patio and block paving cleaned, whilst the conservatory had been cleaned last year the patio and block paving had not been cleaned for a good few years and were well ready for some attention, as we had already used Pristine Clean last year we decided to contact them again initially for a price with a view to having the work carried out subject to the price being acceptable, after making contact with Donna at Pristine it was not long before she arranged a visit to our property to look at was required, soon afterwards the quote was emailed to us for our consideration, the quote was broken down into 4 parts with the option to do as little or as much as we wanted, as it happens we opted for all 4 parts, at no time were we put under any pressure to proceed with the work but as it happened we were delighted at what we had been quoted and asked Donna to arrange for the work to be carried out as soon as she had staff available, we were given a day and time and sure enough the two workmen turned up just as we were expecting ready to start work, both were extremely professional very pleasant and could not do enough to please, upon completion of the work Donna came and visited us again to make sure we were totally satisfied with the job, we have to say that we were over the moon with the results and would not hesitate to use Pristine Clean or recommend them to anyone considering their services at any time in the future.

Pristine Clean is the best cleaning company I have ever used. I always know when they are coming as they text and email the day before. There is no problem at all if the date is not suitable and they re-arrange. The windows and surrounds are always left sparkling. First cleaning company who have cleaned the window frames as a matter of course. Staff exceptionally pleasant and highly professional. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having moved areas, my husband and I spent a lot of time getting quotes from numerous window cleaners (which ranged from £16 – £30) so decided to research reviews. We were most impressed by the reviews for Pristine Clean and decided to give them a try – and we’re so pleased we did! We live in a new house on an estate where building is still going on so dust is a huge problem Pristine Clean did an absolutely superb job. Now, all my windows, frames & cills are just like new. They might not be the cheapest but in my opinion, they’re certainly the best so I have no problem in recommending them.

Fantastic Service
Since moving to Nottingham with my young family I have used the Pristine Clean service for all my windows, fascias, soft-fits, conservatory and my drive. One of the primary factors behind me choosing Pristine Clean, and staying with them for so many years, has been the personable service, the delivery and last but, potentially one of the most important, is the non abrasive manner in which the job is carried out – having a young family, kids running about and my youngest putting her hands everywhere, the knowledge that there is no residue of dangerous chemicals left and reducing my chemical foot print is extremely endearing and something we should all strive for.

We had been meaning to get our decking cleaned for a while and we finally asked Pristine Clean to do it for us! Our decking hadn’t been cleaned for some time and it had become very slippery and full of moss. It is now back to its normal colour and looks like brand new, we’re were astonished at the result! I used Pristine a couple fo years ago to clean my soffits at work. This year I asked them to quote to clean my block paving driveway at home. They came to look at the job and gave me a quote within a few days. Their quote was promptly sent and was competitive. They were awarded the job and I was impressed with the co-ordination and communication. They are an owner managed business and are very attentive and organised!
The standard of the work was really excellent and their operatives were polite, timely and efficient. Having used others in the past, I will be sticking with Donna and Dave in the future…..highly recommended!

It normally takes a good long while for me to entrust any services to an outside company to ‘inhabit’ my property, albeit on the recommendation of good friends, and I would normally ‘errrr’ on the side of caution but I was persuaded by long-time friends that I should give Pristine Clean a go as there were various things that needed doing whilst we were away and despite trying to find a company within the Nottingham area that could accommodate me, those that I contacted fell short of my expectations. I wanted an ‘out-doors’ clean to be carried out which included windows, conservatory, facias and patio amongst other things but because I have dogs it’s easier to have these things done whilst we are not at home. I can only say a big big thank you to Pristine Clean for their professionalism and help with my requirements. I only had to make one call to sort everything out, giving all of the details over the phone and with a prayer left everything in their hands – as it happens no prayers were needed as we arrived home to (pun intended) a pristine house! I couldn’t have wished for a better service and was, I have to admit, surprised at the amazing job done – we’ve had other contractors in to do almost exactly the same job over the years and have never been as impressed as we were with the finished product this time round. Good price, trustworthy, highly professional and customer service was first class – very very happy to recommend to anyone that needs a cleaning service within the area.

5 Star Service at 3 Star Prices
They say ‘jack of all trades master of none’ but then they had not used Pristine. From Garden walls to everything mentioned on their website even getting the algae off my wrought iron gates and fences and ‘fast jointing’ my patio they cleaned the lot marvellously well.
Contractors have a reputation for failing to turn up on time or not at all, of keeping customers on tenterhooks after getting ready for them at 8am and them turning up at 11am, not Pristine, e-mails and phone calls made sure I was kept informed at all times.

They didn’t need to come and view the roof which saved me having to stay at home. I took pictures from all angles and sent them by e mail. Again the quote was prompt. Sparkling windows. Eddie from Pristine did a very good job of cleaning our windows. The long brush is great as bay rooves etc don’t get damaged by ladders and there are no smears afterwards. They also do the sills!

Amazing. That’s the only way to describe the difference Pristine Clean have made to my patio and decking. Not having been cleaned for a couple of years, the Indian sandstone was slippery when wet and had taken on a grey appearance. David arrived with his efficient machinery and put in a full ten hour shift to restore the large patio area back to its original condition. They had estimated the job to take a day and a half, but David was determined to complete the task in the one day.
I don’t know how the price compared to other companies as I was happy with the price they quoted, and I was impressed with the YouTube video I saw of the machinery in action. David moved all the patio furniture and planters to ensure that nothing was missed. I can’t praise the company too highly. The cleaning and the quoting were both handled very professionally and I can’t fault any of their work. I will certainly be using them again, and I would highly recommend them.
Good Reliable Service
Have had a number of window cleaners over the years and was not always sure they’d turn up. With Pristine Clean they text me the day before their visit so I can ensure we’re around and they do a very professional job. They are friendly to deal with and would certainly recommend.

First Class
It normally takes a good long while for me to entrust any services to an outside company to ‘inhabit’ my property, albeit on the recommendation of good friends, and I would normally ‘errrr’ on the side of caution but I was persuaded by long-time friends that I should give Pristine Clean a go as there were various things that needed doing whilst we were away and despite trying to find a company within the Nottingham area that could accommodate me, those that I contacted fell short of my expectations. I wanted an ‘out-doors’ clean to be carried out which included windows, conservatory, facias and patio amongst other things but because I have dogs it’s easier to have these things done whilst we are not at home. I can only say a big big thank you to Pristine Clean for their professionalism and help with my requirements. I only had to make one call to sort everything out, giving all of the details over the phone and with a prayer left everything in their hands – as it happens no prayers were needed as we arrived home to (pun intended) a pristine house! I couldn’t have wished for a better service and was, I have to admit, surprised at the amazing job done – we’ve had other contractors in to do almost exactly the same job over the years and have never been as impressed as we were with the finished product this time round. Good price, trustworthy, highly professional and customer service was first class – very very happy to recommend to anyone that needs a cleaning service within the area.
Nottingham Pristine Clean
We had Pristine Clean Nottingham come to clean our patio/path and the outside of our conservatory. We felt that they offered an excellent service from beginning to end and that the work that was carried out was exceptional. We now have patio slabs that look like new and a sparkling clean conservatory. We felt that the price that they charged was very reasonable. We would certainly recommend them to friends and have them back to do work for us again in the future.

My windows were cleaned by Pristine Clean yesterday for the first time after not being touched for months as I couldn’t find anyone locally. I came home from work to find all the windows absolutely spotless as well as the window ledges and surrounds. A perfect job – certainly the best window cleaners I’ve ever used. Would recommend them heartily. Communication has been great as I was unsure whether they could gain access to my rather inaccessible house but they were really helpful. It isn’t often that companies deliver what they say they will but Pristine Clean actually exceed expectations.

A 5 start service
I would like to say how pleased I am with the work David did for me, in pouring rain. It was a miserable day to be working outside but his work was thorough and no corners were left uncleaned. It was a big job – a large drive, paths all round the house, 3 patios, a wooden bench and a wooden swing seat.
All look as good as new and brighten up the whole appearance of my house. I can thoroughly recommend Pristine Clean to all my friends, without hesitation, for an excellent, courteous and efficient service. A 5 star service.

That’s the only way to describe the difference Pristine Clean have made to my patio and decking. Not having been cleaned for a couple of years, the Indian sandstone was slippery when wet and had taken on a grey appearance. David arrived with his efficient machinery and put in a full ten hour shift to restore the large patio area back to its original condition. They had estimated the job to take a day and a half, but David was determined to complete the task in the one day.

Sparkling pure cleaned windows
Really pleased with everything about this company- I completed the form online and they called me within 24 hours and came to view the house to do a quote the same day. The following day I got a text advising when they would come and do the windows and came home to find all the windows and doors were sparkling. It was quick and easy to pay online and the quote was extremely reasonable. From the initial quotation, receiving a text confirmation of the time we should expect our cleaning to start, the chap turning up on time, the quality of the work was excellent and very thorough and the invoice arrived that night.
