Most of our customers opt for a monthly or 6 weekly window clean. However, this is entirely up to you, we do not dictate this. We use a scheduling system and will contact you when your windows are due to be cleaned. As long as you’re happy, we’re happy!

Absolutely not!

The brushes are specifically designed for window cleaning and are made of a soft plastic head with nylon bristles. Thankfully, there is nothing on the brush which can scratch your glass (we only use the best equipment – tried and tested).

The brushes aid the cleaning but it’s actually the pure water that works its magic. It has amazing cleaning properties in it. Click here for more information on how pure water cleans.

Yes, we do!

We not only clean the glass but we also clean all accessible frames, doors, and sills. Maintaining the frames and sills, we believe is more important (especially for those with uPVC frames and sills) as the colour may start to deteriorate over a period of time. Wherever possible, we clean from the ground level. This is for health and safety reasons alone. The sills on the upper floors are cleaned with the extendable poles as best as possible and the lower sills are cleaned and then also wiped down by hand afterward.

It is worth noting that over time that uPVC window frames & sills will start to oxidise and slowly lose their colour. Your windows sills will be the most affected. When we are cleaning windows our brush head (made from soft plastic with nylon bristles) may remove some of the oxidation. This can seem like scratches but it’s simply where the grey oxidation has been removed.

Although tap water looks clean it actually contains a lot of dissolved chemicals and minerals. The amount will vary from area to area (Hard & Soft water regions). It is these minerals (mainly calcium and magnesium) that leave white residues on glass. To find out from Severn Trent Water what the quality of water is like in your area, please click here.

The water purification technology de-mineralises and de-ionises tap water to remove these impurities and produce pure water. In our opinion, Pure water is by far the best product to clean windows:

The nature of water means it does not like being pure and it strives to return to its impure state. To do this it actually absorbs dirt particles from the glass thus aiding the cleaning process.

Because of the aggressive strength of pure water, we do not need to use cleaning detergents on the windows which is much better for the environment.

As the impurities have been removed, we do not need to squeegee or dry the windows, we simply rinse the glass after brushing & cleaning to leave them to dry naturally for an excellent streak free finish.

There is NO CONTRACT. We want our customers to feel happy and comfortable that should their circumstances change that they are not bound to an agreement.

In line with our Terms & Conditions, we do ask that you provide us with 1 weeks (7 days) notice via email to  info@pristinecleannottingham.co.uk before the next scheduled date. This is so we can allocate the space to another customer.

We often hear our new customers say “we had a window cleaner but we never knew when they were coming”. With Pristine Clean Nottingham, YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHEN WE’RE COMING ALONG, we do not turn up unannounced.

You will receive either a text message, email or a telephone call at least the day before your cleaning. This enables you to leave any access gates unlocked and for you to provide us with any special instructions.

We appreciate that not everyone likes people coming to their property and of course totally respect this.

We will always contact you the day before we’re coming so you’re not surprised when we do arrive.

We do not use ladders for the majority of our window cleaning, this, therefore, gives you more privacy in your own home whilst we’re cleaning (especially on the upper levels).

To make things easier for you, we accept payments via various methods such as:

• Internet Bank transfers (preferred method)
