David holds himself to exceptionally high standards and insists on nothing less than perfection — even if it occasionally drives Donna a little mad! His attention to detail means he never leaves a job until every window, frame and surface has been cleaned to the highest possible standard. In the exterior cleaning industry, that level of care and pride in workmanship makes all the difference.

Alongside carrying out specialist work such as window cleaning, gutter clearing and pressure washing, David also oversees staff training to ensure every member of the Pristine Clean team works safely and delivers the same high standards our customers expect. He maintains our professional equipment and manages the pure-water filtration systems that deliver spotless window-cleaning results.

Many customers may not realise that David previously played professional cricket for Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, Northamptonshire, and Worcestershire, bringing the discipline and teamwork from professional sport into how Pristine Clean operates.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with Donna and their son. He still plays cricket for a local club and runs his own cricket coaching business, passing on his experience to the next generation — including their son.

When he’s not working or coaching cricket, David loves cooking and is known among friends and family for producing some seriously impressive meals. As Donna would happily say, he’s also a wonderful husband and an amazing dad to our miracle son.

Donna manages the administrative side of Pristine Clean, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles enquiries, quotations, scheduling and payroll, ensuring the team is where they need to be and that every job runs efficiently. From the first enquiry to the final completed clean, Donna works hard to ensure customers receive the reliable, high-quality service Pristine Clean is known for.

Working closely with Ellen — her trusted right-hand support — Donna keeps the diary organised and ensures our window cleaning, gutter clearing and exterior cleaning services run on time and to the high standards our customers expect.

In an industry where missed visits and poor communication can be common, Donna is passionate about doing things differently. If we need to rearrange a visit, we will always inform our customers. Reliable service and clear communication are at the heart of everything we do.

Alongside her role at Pristine Clean, Donna also works as a Mortgage, Protection and Utilities Adviser, bringing over 25 years of experience in financial services. She enjoys helping people not only with mortgages and protection, but also by reviewing household bills and helping them save money on essentials such as gas, electricity, broadband and mobile services.

Despite her many responsibilities, Donna’s most cherished role is being a devoted mother to their miracle son. David and Donna count themselves incredibly fortunate to have him in their lives.

Eddie exemplifies a stellar work ethic, tackling any task with gusto and a perpetual smile (barring any unexpected encounters with animal droppings in back gardens, of course!). His commitment is unwavering; he strives to ensure that every customer’s property is left in pristine condition. Since joining us in 2016, Eddie has become an indispensable member of our team. We simply couldn’t manage without him – he’s an invaluable asset.

Among our clients, Eddie is a clear favourite, cherished for his dedication and positive attitude.

You might recall Sue, who partnered with Mel in the van for almost two years! Sue is Donna’s mother and brings a wealth of experience in accounting. Volunteering her time, Sue diligently maintains updates on the payments and applies them to the customer’s accounts – a time-consuming task but essential to the running of the business. Her contributions are invaluable, and we couldn’t imagine operating without her!

Ellen became part of our team in January 2018, providing invaluable support to Donna across all businesses. She’s known for her meticulousness, organisational skills, and just a touch of being bonkers – Donna’s indispensable right-hand woman! Their bond goes beyond business; Ellen and Donna are best friends who first crossed paths while playing Indoor Cricket whilst in their late teens/early 20’s. Together, they proudly represented the England Indoor Cricket Team.

Outside of work, Ellen is a devoted wife and mother to a wonderful son – an inspirational Mum for sure!

Alex brings a fantastic attitude and strong work ethic to the Pristine Clean team. He enjoys the physical, hands-on nature of exterior cleaning and takes real pride in delivering results customers can see immediately — whether it’s sparkling windows, cleared gutters, or a driveway transformed by a thorough clean.

Being outdoors and staying active suits Alex perfectly. He thrives on practical work and always aims to complete every job to the highest possible standard. With previous experience in exterior cleaning, including window cleaning, gutter clearing and pressure washing, he quickly became a natural fit for the team.

Family clearly means a great deal to Alex. When we asked him to send us a photo for the website, he asked if it could be one of him and his dad, which we found telling about the kind of person he is.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys keeping fit at the gym, following rugby and spending time with family and friends. A self-confessed foodie, he’s always happy after a good meal — especially after a busy, hard day at work.

With his positive attitude and dedication to doing a job properly, Alex is a valued member of the Pristine Clean team.
