Meet the friendly team behind Pristine Clean, a family-run company serving homes and businesses across Nottingham, West Bridgford and the surrounding areas.

Having started the business in 2006, our experienced team provides professional window cleaning, commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, conservatory cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, pressure washing and other exterior cleaning services. Great results matter to us, but so do reliability, communication and genuinely looking after our customers.

Team Profiles

David

Managing Director

David is a Co-Director of Pristine Clean and, although you’ll rarely find him out in the vans these days, he’ll still happily step in for holiday cover and larger commercial cleaning jobs when an extra pair of experienced hands is needed.

Behind the scenes, David looks after our vans, equipment and machinery, ensuring everything is regularly maintained, serviced and safe. He’s a firm believer that if you want the best results, you need great people and the best professional equipment – and he’s definitely not one for settling for second best!

David’s favourite job? Gutter cleaning! He gets a slightly worrying amount of satisfaction from clearing stubborn blockages and downpipes.

Away from Pristine Clean, cricket remains a huge part of David’s life. After spending 15 years as a professional cricketer, he now coaches with The Blaze Academy and still plays for West Bridgfordians Cricket Club.

Most importantly, David loves spending quality time with his wife Donna and their son – preferably with a bit of cricket thrown in somewhere!

Eddie

Window & Exterior Cleaning Technician

Eddie is an invaluable member of the Pristine Clean team since 2016, and we genuinely couldn’t imagine the business without him.

Hard-working, dependable and always smiling (unless he encounters unexpected animal droppings in a back garden!), Eddie takes real pride in leaving every customer’s property looking pristine.

Known to many as Ed, he’s a firm favourite with our customers and loves a good chat – although be warned, once you get him talking, you might struggle to get away!

Eddie’s favourite jobs? Gutters, Fascias & Soffit cleaning and conservatory cleaning! Eddie loves taking tired, weathered exterior surfaces and getting them looking clean and fresh again – especially when there’s a satisfying before-and-after transformation to admire.

Away from work, Eddie loves spending time with his wife and son. His son is a keen cricketer, and Eddie gives lots of his spare time to helping and supporting his cricket team.

A fantastic colleague and a huge part of the Pristine Clean family – we’re very lucky to have him.

Alex

Window & Exterior Cleaning Technician

Alex brings a fantastic attitude and strong work ethic to the Pristine Clean team. Affectionately known as our “gentle giant”, Alex has to be one of the most laid-back people we’ve ever met. We always thought
Ed was laid-back… then Alex came along and took it to a whole new level!

With previous experience in window cleaning, gutter clearing, and pressure washing, Alex loves the physical, hands-on nature of exterior cleaning and takes real pride in delivering results our customers can see immediately.

Alex’s favourite job? Driveway Cleaning & Patio Cleaning! He loves pressure washing and transforming tired-looking driveways and patios and seeing the difference a professional pressure clean can make.

Family means a great deal to Alex. When we asked him for a photograph for our website, he chose one with his dad – a photo that became even more special when his dad sadly passed away in 2026, not long after Alex joined us.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys the gym, following rugby, spending time with girlfriend and friends, and, as a self-confessed foodie, a good meal after a hard day’s work!

With his calm nature, positive attitude and determination to do every job properly, Alex has quickly become a much-valued member of the Pristine Clean family.

Sue

Accounts Manager

Sue is Donna’s mum and has been part of the Pristine Clean story for many years. Before moving behind the scenes, Sue could regularly be found out in the vans cleaning alongside Donna’s dad, Mel. In fact, Sue and Mel worked together in the van for almost two years.

Sue’s favourite job? Window cleaning! Both Sue and Mel genuinely loved being out cleaning windows, although we think Sue might just have loved it that little bit more!

These days, Sue generously volunteers her time behind the scenes, using her accounting experience to keep customer payments updated and correctly allocated to customer accounts. It’s a time-consuming but essential job that helps keep Pristine Clean running smoothly.

Her contribution is invaluable, and, quite simply, we don’t know what we’d do without her. Pristine Clean really is a family business in every sense of the word.

Ellen

Administration Manager

Ellen joined the Pristine Clean team in January 2018 and has been Donna’s invaluable right-hand woman ever since. Meticulous, incredibly organised and just a little bit bonkers, she plays a huge part in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

One of Ellen’s key roles is preparing our free, no-obligation quotations, whether customers are looking for window cleaning, conservatory cleaning, driveway and patio cleaning, gutter cleaning or one of our other exterior cleaning services.

Ellen and Donna’s friendship goes back long before Pristine Clean. They first met playing indoor cricket in their late teens/early twenties and went on to proudly represent England together at Indoor Cricket.
Today, they’re not only colleagues but the very best of friends.

Outside of work, Ellen is a devoted wife and an inspirational mum to her wonderful son. Organised, loyal and always there when needed, Ellen is a very special part of both the Pristine Clean team and Donna’s life.

Donna

Co-director & Operations Manager

Donna runs the day-to-day administrative side of Pristine Clean, working alongside her husband and Co-Director, David. From customer enquiries and scheduling to payroll and keeping the team organised, Donna helps make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Working closely with Ellen, her trusted right-hand woman, Donna is passionate about providing the reliable service and communication Pristine Clean has become known for. If something changes, customers are kept informed – because disappearing window cleaners are one tradition we’re quite happy not to continue!

Donna also knows the practical side of the business first-hand, having previously worked out in the vans herself.

Donna’s favourite job? Commercial window cleaning. She particularly enjoyed larger commercial cleans where the team could really get stuck in and see the transformation taking place.

After more than 25 years working in financial services, Donna has now retired from mortgage and protection advice to focus on her businesses and her role as an authorised Utility Warehouse Partner.

She loves helping people save time and money on their household bills and helping others create an additional income of their own.

Most importantly, Donna is a very proud wife and mum. She and David feel incredibly blessed to have their son, and family remains at the heart of everything they do – including Pristine Clean.
